ELIGIBILITY AND GUIDELINES
ONE ENTRY PER APPLICANT
Resource recipients up to and including the *age of 21 years are eligible.
The Applicant’s legal guardian must provide legal *proof of age and pregnancy to receive items.
Applicants must reside in San Bernardino county and provide *proof of residency.
Recipients will be announced on our website and on our Fostering Kids For Life Facebook page on Friday November 6 by 5pm PST
ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED FROM WEDS NOV 18 THRU SAT NOV 28 OR MAY BE COORDINATED FOR NO CONTACT PICK UP
ALL APPLICANTS AGREE TO PHOTO RELEASE UPON RESOURCE RECEIPT.
